Another shot from the campus of Monmouth University. The school colors are blue and white, that's where the title comes from, I guess. Someone told me this would look better if there were no footprints in the snow, but I'm okay with them. I like the lines and the beautiful blue sky. Shot this with my Coolpix before I killed it.

Windmill
I could really go for a hotdog right about now, and this is THE PLACE to get one on the Jersey shore. Well, I'm sure there are a lot of places to get a good weiner on our stretching coast, but probably no other place like this one. The windmill doesn't actually spin though, but you can sit on the deck upstairs and get some views of the ocean. It's kinda pricey, but the hotdogs are LARGE. Like me.
This one was taken towards the end of my time at MU when I decided that I had almost zero photos of the area where I'd been spending the better part of four years.

fountain fun
Out of respect and appreciation for the beautiful weather, today's photo post is stone children playing in a fountain. Okay, so the fountain isn't on... but we all have to preserve water! Enjoy the nice day, my little kiddies.

Great hall
A view from the third floor of Wilson Hall at Monmouth University on a quiet May morning. I remember walking into this place with my mom and thinking, "This is where I want to go to college." I wonder how many other hundreds (thousands?) of students were sold on MU because of this awesome mansion.

paris hilton
And now for some comedy! This is certainly one of the most ridiculous pictures I've ever shot. These two characters are watching the Paris Hilton sex tape on a phone... and as you can see... a video camera is taping the video off the phone. Beer most likely involved.
red guitar
I was pretty proud of myself for this one. It's part of the Rockin' Rollercoaster in Disney World. I took this with my Coolpix way back in January of 2005. It's one of my personal favs.
helping hand
We all need a helping hand sometimes whether we like to admit it or not. This one was shot outside a church on Ocean Ave. in Long Branch back in May of 2005. I had just gotten my D70 and was going photo crazy.

When ordering at an In-n-Out Burger make sure to mention you want your burgers "animal style" b/c that's the bomb.

Glatfelter
This is one I shot over a year ago on the campus of Gettysburg College with my Nikon Coolpix 4300. A little Photoshop action turned it b & w. I thought it would look cool on this page.
My new photo blog
I'll try to post 3-5 a week. Keep checking back.
And tell your friends.
PS - Photos posted aren't always going to be original versions, meaning they may be scalled down or lower quality etc. This is done (un)intentionally... don't ask. But do ask if you'd like a full-sized, high-res version.
